    • TAKE ABBULUS IDIYAPAM FLOUR, ADD BOILING WATER (ADD THE WATER FROM THE STOVE DIRECTLY TO THE FLOUR) AND MIX WITH SPATULA WELL WITHOUT LUMPS KEEP IT ASIDE.
    • Heat sesame oil (gingely oil) in a pan and add in the mustard seeds, cumin seeds and the chana DAL, CURRY leaves, FINELY CHOPPED ONIONS, CORIANDER LEAVES AND green chillies. Add in the salt. Saute for 2-3 minutes until the onions are cooked and slightly starting to brown.
    • NOW ADD THE SAUTED INGREDIENTS TO THE WET FLOUR MIXTURE AND COMBINE BOTH AND ADD A CUP OF GRATED COCONUT TO THE MIXTURE AND LET IT COOL.
    • SHAPE THE MIXTURE AND STEAM IT FOR FEW MINS.

    NOTE:  YOU CAN USE THE SAME RECEPIE FOR KOZHUKATTAI MADE FROM ABBULUS RAGI PUTTU FLOUR, ABBULUS WHEAT PUTTU FLOUR, ABBULUS RED RICE PUTTU FLOUR AND MAKE KARAKOZHUKATAI REPLACING ABBULUS IDIYAPPAM FLOUR FOR IT.

    YOUR YUMMY RAGI, WHEAT, REDRICE, WHITE RICE KARA KOZHUKATAIS WILL BE READY IN FEW SECCONDS.
